[update] Cryptopsy rond opnames nieuw album af
De Canadese death/grind virtuozen van Cryptopsy zijn klaar met de opnames van de nieuwe CD. Het album, dat nog geen titel heeft, moet in oktober uitkomen. Gitarist Alex Auburn licht een tipje van de sluier op:
“For our fifth album, we recorded eleven tracks totaling about 50 minutes. This is a concept album where every song has its own identity, and we made sure to have a lot of flavors and different rhythms and tempos throughout the whole process. The variations in the tracks may surprise some of you. The goal this time around was to focus on writing excellent songs, which we did.“
De komende tijd gaat Cryptopsy op tour door Noord-Amerika met Suffocation, Despised Icon en Aborted.
