Als er een band is die mij heeft weten te overtuigen dit jaar is het Verse wel. De melodieuse hardcore band uit de Providence, USA heeft namelijk met Aggression een album uitgebracht waar je u tegen zegt. Een album die van de eerste tot de laatste seconde weet te boeien, een prachtige productie heeft meegekregen en uit elkaar klapt van sterke melodieuze, open hardcore riffs krachtige zanglijnen en prachtige lyrics. Verse is een band die zich eenvoudig mengt tussen namen als Have Heart, Shipwrecked en Killing The Dream. Onderstaande stukje stond geschreven in de meegeleverde info sheet, normaal plaatsen we dit niet maar omdat ik het deze keer zo eens was met het geschreven gedeelte mocht ik jullie het niet onthouden.
